Christchurch is a picture-perfect little town.
Sun shining. Breeze blowing. Cable cars clanking through town. A buzzing square punctuated by a stunning cathedral. Row boats floating down a winding river. Kids in formal uniforms pouring out of schoolhouses. Office workers enjoying their lunch on shady park benches. It's almost too damn cute. The kind of town that steals your heart the moment you arrive, but you'd probably die of boredom if you actually grew up there.
